PURPOSE: This mosaic tile for decoration of public installations provides more realistic and three dimensional effects with no space-consuming. CONSTITUTION: The mosaic tile is produced by injection of clay in mold; drying the mold at 300deg.C for 48hrs with hot air; preliminary baking for 15hrs at 800deg.C; glazing the baked mosaic tile; final baking for 24hrs at 1250deg.C.
