The invention relates to a multi-phase bath tablet system the individual phases of which dissolve in water at different rates or at different points in time (in a time-delayed manner). The tenside-containing cleaning phase contains an effervescent system and dissolves quickly, thereby allowing an intensive cleaning at the beginning of the bath. The care phase dissolves at a slower rate or in a time-delayed manner and allows a caring after-treatment of the skin.
