PURPOSE: A coupling hole machining method for a disc wheel and a device thereof in a vehicle wheel in which a plurality of rods are coupled between a rim and a wheel are provided to automatically machine coupling holes in disc wheels and simplify the structure of the device for achieving mass-production in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A device for machining a coupling hole for a disc wheel includes a main body(1), a plurality of disc wheel bases(2) slantly mounted in the center of a top part of the main body in the longitudinal direction, rotation elements mounted on bottom surfaces of the bases for rotating the bases by a predetermined angle, an upper coupling hole machining unit(4) mounted at one sides of the respective bases for machining coupling holes by spindles(17) coupled with drills(18), a lower coupling hole machining unit(5) mounted at the other sides of the bases, and an up-down working element(6) mounted to the lower coupling hole machining unit.
