PURPOSE: A structure for mounting a seatbelt of a rear seat for an automobile is provided to protect passengers more safely from an automobile collision or a sudden stopping of the automobile by mounting a seat belt over three points by adding a retractor incorporated in a ceiling at a corresponding position to a rear or center seat. CONSTITUTION: A structure for mounting a seat belt for a rear seat of an automobile includes a retractor(18) incorporated in a surface(16) to mount a ceiling above a rear seat or a center seat, and an anchor bar(12) mounted at a position facing the retractor in front of the retractor in line with the retractor and attached with an anchor(14) at an end for guiding the drawing of a seat belt(10), wherein the anchor bar is hinge-fixed to a hinge unit(28) integrally formed with a stopper(20) for limiting a rotation angle of the anchor bar to a use position.
