A composition which comprises (A) an ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer rubbe r exhibiting an intrinsic viscosity [.eta.] of 3.5 to 6.8 dl/g as determined i n decalin at 135~C, (B) a mineral oil-base softener, (C) a crystalline .alpha. - olefin polymer having a degree of crystallinity of 50 % or above, and (D) a noncrystalline .alpha.-olefin polymer exhibiting a melt viscosity of 50000cP or below at 190~C and a degree of crystallinity of less than 50 % in amounts of 20 to 63 %, 35 to 78 %, 1 to 12 %, and 1 to 12 % by mass respectively bas ed on the total amount of the components (A), (B), (C) and (D), and at least pa rt of which is crosslinked.
