PURPOSE: A spot confirmation function at a burglar alarm device is provided so that an owner, who installed a burglar alarm device, or a monitor center can confirm the circumstances of the spot at any time, if necessary or doubtful. CONSTITUTION: A burglar alarm device consists of a sensor part(11), a spot sound collection part(16), a control part(12), a keypad(19), an automatic call sending part(13), an automatic telephone bell receiving part(15), and a voice message memory part(14). The sensor part(11) senses an intruder. The spot sound collection part(16) receives peripheral sounds. The control part(12) sends a control signal according to a sense result of the sensor part(11). The keypad(19) is provided to input telephone numbers. The automatic call sending part(13) is for dialing. The voice message memory part(14) stores various voice messages.
