PURPOSE: A photographing apparatus is provided to output a picture at real time without a field memory using a plurality of pickup devices. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pickup sections(11,12,..1n) each pickups an image of a subject and outputs an electric signal. A pickup drive controller(51) controls operations of the pickup sections(11,12,..1n) to output electric signals corresponding to each image picked up for each set period. A signal converter(3) converts the electric signals from the pickup sections(11,12,..1n) into available image signals. A signal processor(41) processes the image signals from the signal converter(3) and outputs pictures. A timing generator(61) outputs a timing signal for controlling operations of the pickup drive controller(51) and the signal processor(41). The timing generator(61) reads the image signal from the signal converter(3) and processes it as a picture signal. |
