PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground continuous wall and its construction method capable of reducing the costs of digging earth and disposing of surplus soil and the period of construction, as compared with conventional methods. SOLUTION: A soil cement column wall 14 is formed in the ground G and a beam-shaped guide wall 13 is formed along a position where the continuous wall 12 is to be installed on the upper surface 14a of the soil cement column wall 14. Also, a continuous wall groove 16 for installing a continuous wall body 12 therein is formed to be located along the guide wall 13 within the soil cement column wall 14, and the continuous wall body 12 is formed within the continuous wall groove 16.
