PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily constructible built-up casing usable for many purposes as a substitute for a civil engineering structure. SOLUTION: The built-up casing is made of porous material and comprises a bottom and sidewall parts. The bottom is triangular, square, hexagonal or in the form of a base with equal legs and the sidewall part is freely rotatably provided on each side of the bottom. With each sidewall part in an upright condition, the adjacent sidewall parts are locked together at both edges by means of locking tools, and an inner bag made of a flexible sheet-shaped material is provided within the casing formed.
