PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an actinic-ray curing composition capable of obtaining a curing material which is small in volume contraction when curing and excellent in mechanical characteristics such as, tensile strength, tensile ductility and impact resistance. SOLUTION: This active energy-ray curing composition comprises: 15-75 pts.wt. of a urethane (meth)acrylate compound (A) having two radically polymerizable (meth)acryloyloxy groups and at least one amide group and having at least two urethane groups in the molecule obtained by reacting specific (a1)-(a4) components; 10-70 pts.wt. of at least one (b1) selected from vinyl ethers, mono (meth)acrylates, mono (meth)acrylamides or (meth)acrylates wherein B type viscosity at 25 deg.C is 200mPa.s or below; 5-60 pts.wt of set least one (b2) selected from compounds having the (meth)acryloyloxy group of a specific structure; and 0.05-10 pts.wt. of photopolymerization initiator (C) to 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of them.
