PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete-reinforcing fiber having excellent compatibility with a concrete composition, excellent in mechanical characteristics and capable of imparting hardened concrete excellent in crazing resistance by using crushed products from thermoplastic polyester resin molded products such as inexpensive used PET-bottles as a raw material, and also to provide a concrete composition comprising the reinforcing fiber. SOLUTION: This concrete-reinforcing fiber is composed of short fibers prepared by cutting drawn fibers formed out of crushed products from thermoplastic polyester resin molded products. A fiber-reinforced concrete composition comprising at least cement, water, aggregate and reinforcing fibers features that the reinforcing fibers are short fibers prepared by cutting drawn fibers formed out of crushed products from thermoplastic polyester resin molded products.
