PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently rearrange loads along a proper delivery order without enlarging a facility. SOLUTION: A stand-by conveyer 9 is arranged in a side of a main conveyer 5 for carrying-out. The stand-by conveyer 9 is partitioned into every area laid with only one cargo W, and is addressed with an order reverse to a conveying direction. The cargo W advanced into an independent intermediate part 5a of the main conveyer 5 is temporalily laid in an address in response to a queuing number, and the cargo W of no queuing number is passed through the intermediate part 5a. After the cargo W is fed out from the intermediate part 5a, the stand-by conveyer 9 is driven all together by one pitch to shift the respective loads W all together by one address. The load W in the first area E1 is returned to the intermediate part 5a to be fed out, when the queuing number is disappeared.
