PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the conventional case that an indoor machine suction air temperature decreases along with the progress of refrigeration building frame heat storage, since the capacity of the operation of the refrigeration building frame heat storage for storing cold in a building frame has been equal to the capacity that normal refrigeration operation for blowing chilled air to a space to be air-conditioned can achieve, and hence the difference between the decreasing temperature of blow-off air and the air temperature of the space to be air-conditioned or the like, increase, and as dew may be condensed at the contacting part between air which is blown off by an indoor machine and air at the space to be air-conditioned or the like, or the contacting part between a building frame being cooled by the blow-off air of the indoor machine and air at the space to be air-conditioned or the like. SOLUTION: The capacity for operating refrigeration building frame heat storage for storing cold in the building frame under the conditions of the same fresh air temperature, and the suction air temperature of the indoor machine is set lower than the normal refrigeration operation capacity for blowing the chilled air to the space to be air-conditioned. |
