Device for producing a glass strand comprises an outer nozzle (1) having an inlet for liquid glass of a first type and an outlet for the glass strand of the first type; and a double wall annular nozzle (3) coaxial to the outer nozzle. The annular nozzle has an inlet for a glass composition of a second type and an outlet for the glass strand of a second type and is connected to a hollow body (4) as feed device. The hollow body is connected on one side to the inlet of the annular nozzle and covers the inlet surface and has an inlet for the second glass type on the other side. Preferred Features: The inner wall of the annular nozzle forms an inner nozzle which has an inlet for a glass composition of a third type and an outlet for a third glass strand.
