An Ag halide photographic material, has on its reverse side a layer containing at least one of each of the following: (a) a conductive organic polymer; (b) colloidal silica; (c) an Na-Mg silicate; (d) an organic polymeric binder based on Bu (meth)acrylate, styrene and/or (meth)acrylic acid; (e) a hardener; and (f) an anionic or nonionic wetting agent. An Ag halide photographic material, has on its reverse side a layer containing at least one of each of the following: (a) a conductive organic polymer; (b) colloidal silica; (c) an Na-Mg silicate; (d) an organic polymeric binder of formula (I); (e) a hardener; and (f) an anionic or nonionic wetting agent. A = Bu methacrylate; B = Bu acrylate; C = styrene; D = methacrylic acid; E = acrylic acid; a and b = 0-90 wt.%; c = 0-40 wt.%; and d + e = 5-15 (especially 8-10) wt.%.
