摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly correct an injection amount of fuel supplied to an engine at the time of a transient time when an intake amount is changed in association with an operation of a variable valve timing mechanism (VVT). SOLUTION: An engine 1 is provided with the VVT 25 for varying a valve timing of an intake valve 8. An electronic control device (ECU) 50 controls an injector 16 on the basis of intake pressure detected by at least an intake pressure sensor 43 for controlling the fuel injection amount. The ECU 50 controls the VVT 25 on the basis of a target phase advanceθVA of the valve timing calculated on the basis of the operating condition of the engine 1. The ECU 50 predictively calculates an intake change amount of a combustion chamber when the valve timing is changed. When the intake amount is transiently changed, the ECU 50 corrects the fuel injection amount on the basis of the intake change amount which is calculated.
