PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure having a simple structure, a small size, and a lightweight, and being manufactured and maintained at a low cost. SOLUTION: An EGR gas cooling heat exchange element and an oil cooling heat exchange element are parallel arranged in a cooling water channel in a casing provided with a cooling water inlet allowing the engine cooling water to flow in from a cooling water system of the engine as refrigerant and a cooling water outlet discharging the cooling water and returning it to the engine via a channel space for distributing the cooling water.
