PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading system capable of efficiently loading works onto trucks having a different deck, especially a different height and a different width of deck. SOLUTION: This loading system is provided with a working carrier 6 traveling along a deck 3a of a truck 3, and this working carrier 6 has a fork 19 elevated and moved forward and backward. The working carrier 6 is provided with a top surface position detecting means 65 for detecting the top surface position of the deck 3a of the truck 3, a deck-corresponding fork elevation quantity control means 67 for raising the fork 19 by the predetermined quantity after the top surface position is detected and for stopping it, a deck edge detecting means 71, and a deck-corresponding fork forward traveling quantity control means 68 for projecting the fork 19 by the predetermined quantity from the edge detecting position and for stopping it.
