PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition crosslinkable silicone composition from which a silicone elastomer having a very high resistance to stretching and, at the same time, a low compression set can be obtained by crosslinking. SOLUTION: The addition crosslinkable composition comprises (A) a diorganopolysiloxane having a viscosity, measured at 25 deg.C, of 10-40,000 Pa.s and composed of two units of formula (1): R2R1SiO1/2 and 0-0.3 mass % unit of formula (2): R2SiO2/2 and unit of formula (3): RR1SiO2/2; (B) an diorganopolysiloxane having a viscosity, measured at 25 deg.C, of 60-2,000 mPa.s and composed of 0.05-25 mass %, based on the sum of the diorganopolysiloxane (A) and the diorganopolysiloxane (B), two units of formula (1) and unit of formula (2); (C) an SiH functional crosslinking agent; and (D) a hydrosilylation catalyst.
