PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermogravimetry device with an improved signal-to-noise ratio by processing an output of a thermogravimetric signal through optimum averaging computing according to external vibration. SOLUTION: In this thermogravimetry device, a weight change in a sample S along with a temperature change is measured, while digitized weight signals are averaged for a fixed time or on fixed number of points so as to be outputted as a weight signal. In this thermogravimetry device, a vibration sensor 1 measuring external vibration working on this device is fixed in a scale part 2, data from the vibration sensor 1 are analyzed by means of a vibration analyzer 11 for outputting a processed signal VS matching the vibration information, and on the basis of the processed signal VS, an averaging computing time of the thermogravimetry device output W or the number of points MT is set to an optimum value according to a relationship: MT=a*VS+b.
