PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system, constituted in a small size and at a low cost, while being collected into one lot as a whole and also capable of executing hot water supply. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning system comprises a heat storage tank 10, a compressor 50 disposed in the heat storage tank 10, a switching means 55, and an outside air heat exchanger 75 disposed outside the heat storage tank 10. The heat storage tank 10 consists of an outer shell part 21, a tank part 11 disposed in the outer shell part 21, and a separator 35 to vertically partition the interior of the tank part 11 into upper and lower sections. An upper tank chamber 17 is provided with a radiating heat exchanger 46, a hot water heat exchanger 90, a compressor 50, and a switching means 55. A refrigerator 60 is situated in a lower tank chamber 18. Piping for air conditioning to an indoor machine 5 is connected to the switching means 55. Respective piping of the compressor 50, an outside air heat exchanger 75, the radiating heat exchanger 46, and the refrigerator 60 are interconnected in a freely switching manner. A water supply pipe and a hot water supply pipe are connected to the hot water heat exchanger 90. By supplying water to the hot water heat exchanger 90, heat exchange is effected between hot water in the upper tank chamber 17 and the water, and it is extracted as heated water.
