PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe swing preventing tag line device at a low cost capable of stopping the swing of a sling and a lifted load by one tag line without requiring a worker. SOLUTION: In a working machine holding a lifted load by a balance 5 suspended from a hoist rope and a sling swingable relative to the balance 5, tag line ropes 36 and 37 are fixed to a pair of swing preventing arms 15 and 15 installed on the balance 5, the tag line drum 29 of a tag line winch 27 for winding up the tag line ropes 36 and 37 is divided into two winding parts 29a and 29b, and the tag line drum 29 is driven by a drive motor 30.
