PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a packaging bag for paper diapers heretofore available on which break lines of a curved shape are formed on the upper and lower sections. SOLUTION: Break lines attached almost in parallel with the bottom face of the packaging bag for paper diapers or the like are formed all through a section toward the upper section of a material to be packaged filled and stored below a sealing line on an upper opening section to easily take out the paper diapers and simultaneously prevent refuses and the like from being mixed by covering the opening with the upper sections of the break lines.
