PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag to be easily opened by the force of a child although the packaging capacity to a usage area of a raw fabric is as large as that of the side sealing type or the bottom sealing type. SOLUTION: The closed-end packaging bag 1 with an opening 2 on its upper edge is provided with face-shaped sealing sections 4 on a part of side edges 1b and 1c, and notches 5 of almost V-shape are provided on the face-shaped sealing sections 4.
