PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card packaging body easy in delivering a stuff to be inserted, difficult to peel an adhered surface and capable of being manufactured without requiring any relatively sophisticated working technology. SOLUTION: Two transparent outer synthetic resin sheets 11, 12 with films 11a, 12a of low melting point and films 11b, 12b of higher melting point laminated thereon face each other with the films of low melting point inside, a card 13 is held between the films of low melting point, an inserted synthetic resin tube 14 comprising a synthetic resin layer 14a of low melting point provided outside and a tubular-formed synthetic resin tube body 14b of higher melting point is pressed and held partly between one of the films of low melting point and the card 13, the outer synthetic resin sheet is melted at the melting point of the film of low melting point, and fixed to the card and an outer surface of the inserted synthetic resin tube to form an article accommodating portion 15 having an opening part at least on one side of the packaging body.
