PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure for an engine effectively cooling a generator and a reed valve. SOLUTION: This cooling structure for the engine 2 is provided with a crankcase 20 for storing a crankshaft 17, a flywheel installed in the end of the crankshaft, and a magneto coil attached to the crankcase in the inside face of the flywheel. The crankcase 20 is provided with cooling water channels 31 and 32 for circulating the cooling water in the crankcase 20.
