PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft polyester resin composition improved in foaming property, inconveniences generated in producing a sheet state material such as a wall paper by a calendaring process, especially inconveniences in performing the above process by using the soft polyester composition blended with a large amount of calcium carbonate, and a wall paper obtained by using the composition. SOLUTION: This soft polyester resin composition is characterized by adding 0.5-2.0 pt.wt. (meth)acrylic acid-based polymer and a blowing agent based on 100 pts.wt. amorphous random co-condensed polyester of which >=50% of diol units constituting the co-condensed polyester is ethylene glycol.
