PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire, a wheel, and a wheel cap developing a chromatic color during driving, finding the speed of a vehicle from the color, or making outside persons enjoy with the color. SOLUTION: A dark color part 1 and a bright color part 2 are formed in at least the one side of the side surface of the tire, and an afterimage part 3 is formed within a region of the bright color part 2 by a dark color.
