PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearances by blocking an entering hole for locking a seat when a vehicular seat is at a folding position. SOLUTION: On a seat back 6, a protecting cover 17 is provided so as to move between a blocking position where the entering hole for locking the seat is blocked, and an opening position where engagement of a striker 9 and a locking element 7 is not prevented. A wire 19 is provided, which is coupled to a vehicular body 2 and the protecting cover 17 and moves the protecting cover 17 from the opening position to the blocking position, and vice versa with interlocking with turning movement of the seat back 6 from a use position to the folding position, and vice versa.
