PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for a heavy load enhancing tire load durability and driving stability without increasing the number of constituting components. SOLUTION: A casing for forming a skeleton on the inside of the tire is composed of a carcass layer body arranged so as to spread from a tread part to bead parts of right and left sides, and whose both end parts are terminated in the vicinity of each bead core without winding up from the inner circumferential side of each bead core to the right and left sides; and a carcass hold layer for holding the both end parts of the carcass body so as to turn up from the inner circumference side of the bead core to the right and left sides, and the end part arranged on the outside of the tire of the carcass hold layer is formed in turned up double structure.
