The roller device has a roller shaft (42) which has a connector (46). This in turn has a number of defined wedges. The roller shafts pass through the shaft aperture of the connector. There is also a first seal member (84) between the roller shaft and the connector. This member has a further number of defined wedges and stops to act with the stops in the connector.
