摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain oriented silicon steel sheet using a stock free from inhibitor components, high in magnetic flux density and excellent in core loss particularly in a high frequency area. SOLUTION: In this steel sheet, the componential composition is regulated in such a manner that 2.0 to 8.0 mass % Si and 0.005 to 1.0 mass % Mn are contained, also, the content of Al is suppressed to <=200 massppm, the content of C is suppressed to <=50 massppm, and the contents of S, N and O are respectively suppressed to <=30 massppm, the average crystal grain size is controlled to 0.10 to 1.0 mm, the area ratio of the crystal grains in which the orientation difference from the orientation of 110}<;0.01>; is <=15 deg. is controlled to >=15%, and also, the ratio of the grain boundary in which the orientation difference of the adjacent crystal grains is <=15 deg. occupying in the whole of the grain boundaries is controlled to <=80%.
