PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scooter type motorcycle capable of efficiently cooling a V-belt type automatic transmission of a unit swing type engine. SOLUTION: In a scooter type motorcycle formed by having a low-floor type foot step 15 between a handle bar and a seat and arranging a unit swing type engine 19 in rear of the foot step, a cooling duct 32 is extended forward of a car body from a front end of the unit swing type engine 19, and a front end of the cooling duct is opened under the foot step. With this invention, the low-temperature air at a degree capable of preventing the thermal influence from the engine is led into the unit swing type engine from the cooling duct so as to cool the V-belt type automatic transmission, and the V-belt type automatic transmission can be efficiently cooled by the low-temperature air. |
