PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure and electronic equipment of a liquid crystal display device in which mounting of the liquid crystal display device to the electronic equipment can be performed easily, the mounting volume can be reduced by excluding an area necessary for connection by eliminating a soldering part at the time of the mounting the liquid crystal display device, and reduction of a mounting process can be realized. SOLUTION: A spring connector having a plurality of spring terminals with repulsive force is placed by pressure between a liquid crystal panel and a circuit board. Electrical connection between the liquid crystal panel and the circuit board is performed using the repulsive force of the spring connector.
