PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide persuasive structural strength calculation results capable of being shown to customers, since the precutting CAD data including actually used data and processed data is used as it is. SOLUTION: A data extraction means 11 extracts necessary data from CAD data for precutting a structural material, and in a structural strength decision means 12, a wall strength check means 21, eccentricity check means 22, beam depth check means 23, column strength check means 24 and joint section check means 25 respectively output their own check results.
