PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide low-irritating cleansing cosmetics capable of avoiding a stretching feeling after washing the face, giving low irritation to the skin when and after applied, especially giving low irritation to the eye, and therefore excellent in safety. SOLUTION: The low-irritating cleansing cosmetics contain (A) lecithin, (B) polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol, and (C) a liquid oil.
