PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-through-pack (PTP) packaging lid material can be easily torn even by a weak aged person, is not restricted in paper thickness which, and is excellent in gas barrier properties and disposability, and to provide a package using the same. SOLUTION: The PTP packaging lid material made of a paper material as a base material, which is to be used for receiving a medicine in a package container and for lidding a storage section of the medicine by heat-sealing and the PTP package are provided, wherein the number of times of endurable folds measured according to a method for testing folding endurance by means of an MIT tester is five or less.
