PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a slide stroke amount while shortening a length of an arm keeping a harness in parallel with it. SOLUTION: This feeding device is provided with a guide rail 4 on the slide door or vehicle body side, a slider 9 engaged with the guide rail, an arm 5 on one side whose one end part 19 is supported on the slider, and an arm 6 on the other side whose one end part 12 is supported on the guide rail to arrange the wire harness along each arm. It is provided with links 7, 8 connecting the other end parts 13, 14 of both arms 5, 6 mutually. The link is composed of two or a plurality of connected links. The link may be formed to be shorter than the arm to position one end parts of each arm close each other while the arms are compressed. End parts 13 to 16 on the connection side of the arm and link and end parts 17, 18 on the connection side of the links may be formed into a curved shape. The arms 5, 6 and the links 7, 8 may be formed symmetrically for each other in the slide direction, respectively.
