SOLUTION: This cosmetic characterized by comprising a crosslinked organopolysiloxane, an organic silicone resin, a volatile silicone, a non-volatile liquid oil, an amorphous fine particle silica having particle diameters of 0.001 to 0.05μm and a spherical powdery material having particle diameters of 0.1 to 30μm, and not containing a solid wax.
