PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining part between a filling steel pipe member and an RC or PC member where the filling steel pipe member can be joined to the RC or PC member in one piece while the continuity of a section is maintained. SOLUTION: At the joint part between a column 1 with RC or PC structure and a column 2 with filling steel pipe concrete structure, with a joint steel pipe 3 as a joint steel material, one end side 3a is fixed into the concrete of the column 1, and the other 3b is fixed into the concrete of the column 2 for installing. At the outer periphery of the end sides 3a and 3b of the joint steel pipe 3, a plurality of fixing plates 4 project in a wing shape.
