PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding having excellent mechanical characteristics such as strength and impact resistance, and also having improved vibration- damping properties, resistance to penetration of gas or liquid, and molding workability such as improvement of unevenness of thickness caused at the time of extruding or blow-molding. SOLUTION: This resin molding comprising (A) 50-99.9 wt.% polyolefin resin, (B) 50-0.1 wt.% liquid crystal resin is characterized in that the component (B) is dispersed in the matrix of the component (A), and the dispersed particles of the component (B) satisfy the following formulas (1) and (2): (1) (TD particle diameter)/(ZD particle diameter)>=1.1; and (2) (MD particle diameter)/(ZD particle diameter)>=1.1 (wherein, MD is the flow direction of the resin; TD is the direction at the right angle to the flow direction and parallel to the surface of the molding; and ZD is the direction at the right angle to both of the flow direction and the surface of molding).
