PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful method, medicinal composition and kit for treating a female sexual dysfunction, and to provide an estrogen agonist/antagonist used for producing a formulation for treating the female sexual dysfunction. SOLUTION: This composition comprises the estrogen agonist/antagonist as the primary active ingredient, a cyclic guanosine 3',5'-monophosphate elevator as the secondary active ingredient and a pharmaceutically permissible vehicle, a carrier or a diluent. The composition and the method are useful for treating the female sexual dysfunction while substantially reducing accompanying easiness of adverse effects accompanied with an administration of the estrogen.
