PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an information communicating medium by which the manufacturing efficiency is enhanced through simplifying process steps and the total manufacturing cost is cut through diminishing a space for a device, as the method for manufacturing the medium consisting of a plurality of superposed and mutually opposed blades, some of which are optionally peelable from each other and are falsely bonded in such a manner that the blades cannot be rebonded after peeling. SOLUTION: A false adhesive coating layer G is formed on a sheet S delivered, with the help of a roll coater 1. Then the sheet S is folded and the opposed falsely bonded coating layers G are falsely bonded using a pressure roller 2, and further, are cut with a cutter such as a slitter 3, a burster 4 and the like to obtain the individual finished information communicating media. The process to cut the sheet S into the individual pieces of the medium may be set up after the process to falsely bond the coating layers G and the process to cut the sheet S may be divided between the other processes so that the cutting operation is performed stepwise.
