PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably convey a tray arranged inclinedly on an elevator. SOLUTION: Elevation mechanisms 12a-12d are provided in a lower part of an elevation base 11, a tray base 13a is provided in a lower part of the mechanisms 12a, 12b, a tray base 13b is provided in a lower part of the mechanisms 12c, 12d, a tray holding claw 14a for grasping the tray is provided in the tray base 13a, and a tray holding claw 14b for grasping the tray is provided in the tray base 13b. The tray bases 13a, 13b are movable upwards and downwards independently each other, and the positions of the tray holding claws 14a, 14b are changed in response to the inclination of the tray by the independent vertical motion. |
