ELECTRIC LIGHTING SWITCH WITH A TIME RELAY

The electric switch is designed for delayed switching off of the lighting or in other small-power electric power users in AC mains network. It is applicable in the lighting installation engineering. It offers conditions for economy of power and for higher comfort in application. The switch is replaceable with the wide-used lighting switches in the practice and requires no changes of the circuitry of the installation, connection to it being made by means of terminals (6 and 7) of an electromechanical switch (2). A delay in switching the lighting (or and other small power load) is set by means of an electronic time relay (10) mounted between depots (4 and 5) of the switch (2) and an electromechanical button (3), respectively, by means of a turning device (11) found across the casing.(1) The preset delay can be deleted by switch (2), and by it the device can also operate as a standard on-off switch. The input of the electronic time relay (10) is connected to the power terminals (6 and 7) of switch (2), and the output for its starting - to terminals (8 and 9) of button (3). 1 claim, 2 figures
