PURPOSE: A branding reclaimer having drying and crushing functions of raw material is provided to perform a sintering process of raw material promptly with precision by injecting the dry raw material into a sintering factory as well as to inject the raw material smoothly by drying the raw material in a process of supplying the raw material wet by rain drops or humidity. CONSTITUTION: A branding reclaimer consists of: a multi-step housing(20) mounted on a boom(10) of a moving unit(4); a crushing unit(40) mounted in front of the housing rotatably to crush raw material directly; a discharge unit(60) discharging the raw material in the housing to the rear with force; and a drying unit(80) arranged lengthwise in the housing in plural rows to dry wet raw material with a high-pressure hot wind. A drill(44) of the crushing unit is rotated by a hydraulic motor(42) to crush raw material injected through an inlet(21a) of a front housing(22). The crushed raw material is injected into the housing. A hot wind is blown through three rows of hot wind feed pipes(82) and injected with high pressure and high temperature through spraying nozzles(84). Thereby, the crushed material is dried primarily through the front housing. The dried material is supplied to a central housing(26). When the central housing is rotated, plural screw blades(68) are rotated to stir the raw material. After that, the raw material is injected into a rear housing(24) to be dried secondarily by the high-temperature high-pressure hot wind as the front housing. At the same time, the raw material is discharged through the rear housing smoothly. Therefore, the raw material is supplied promptly for the raw material is crushed and dried repeatedly.
