PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the detection sensitivity of a tester which checks a current leak in an electronic component having only a very small electrostatic capacity. SOLUTION: A signal booster which can operate the detection sensitivity of a tester used to determine whether or not an electronic component having only a very small electrostatic capacity like a ceramic chip capacitor is included so that the AC signal inputted from the tester is boosted to a multiple larger than 1 is connected between the signal output of the tester and a test base where the electronic component is mounted and the output of the signal booster is connected between an independent DC power source and the test base, so that the signal of a presence/absence test program is boosted by only a multiple for putting the signal of the electronic component within the sensitivity range of the tester.
