PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic leakage detector recording a leakage position. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic leakage detector is provided with ultrasonic microphones 6, 7 and 8 having directivity, a signal processing circuit 11 processing electrical signals detected by the ultrasonic microphones 6, 7, and 8, a display part 12 and a headphone 14 outputting the signals processed by the signal processing circuit 11, a light source 9 radiating an optical beam in the same direction as the directivity of the ultrasonic microphones 6, 7, and 8, a camera 10 photographing an image in the same direction as the directivity of the ultrasonic microphones 6, 7, and 8, and a probe 2, at least, having the ultrasonic microphones 6, 7, and 8, the light source 9, and the camera 10. A spot of the optical beam radiated from the light source 9 indicates the directivity of the ultrasonic microphones 6, 7, and 8 relative to a facility to be measured so that the directivity of the ultrasonic microphones 6, 7, and 8 can be accurately detected to accurately detect the leakage position. The optical beam projects the spot by the camera 10 so as to record the accurate leakage position.
