PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring gauge for a welding leg and a throat depth with improved accuracy of a measurement value and operability. SOLUTION: This measuring gauge for the welding leg and the throat depth is composed of a gauge plate 11, a slide plate 12, a feed roller 15, a digital instrument 19 and a positioning plate 16. The gauge plate 11 has horizontal, vertical and 45 degree-inclined reference surfaces. The slide plate 12 has contact surfaces inclined at 45 degrees at its point and longitudinally embedded capacitance element and is held to the gauge plate. The feed roller 15 is rotatably pinned to the gauge plate and slidably contacts with the slide plate and allows the slide plate to slide by its rotation. The digital instrument 19 is fixed on the gauge plate and displays displacement of the slide plate. The positioning plate 16 is rotatably screw-held to the gauge plate, when rotated, is regulated and held parallel to the horizontal reference surface of the gauge plate and has horizontal and vertical reference surfaces.
