PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a habitable room arranging structure of a multistory multiple dwelling house capable of arranging habitable rooms having a ceiling height heightened space while minimizing reduction in the habitable room number, capable of realizing high strength and capable of restraining a cost increase. SOLUTION: In this habitable room arranging structure of the multistory multiple dwelling house by layering the habitable rooms P upward, the habitable rooms P are formed in a cross-sectional L shape of heightening the ceiling height of its part, and are layered so that the ceiling height of an L-shaped vertical part P1 of the habitable rooms P becomes the same height as the ceiling height of an L-shaped horizontal part P2 of the habitable rooms P, and the L-shaped vertical part of the respective habitable rooms P is formed as an open ceiling structure.
